You can order products displayed on this website by Ordering online or visiting one of our stockists at the stated addresses to either order or purchase the items (if they are in our store at the time of your visit). If you have placed your order on-line, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. Receipt of an automatic confirmation does not however mean that we will necessarily be able to meet your order.
If your item is not in stock, we will make it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait. Quantities may be limited. We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased if your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages, product difficulties, supplier problems or other reasons. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or the customer address you provide should such a change occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities of items sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to any customer at our discretion and without explanation.
All prices are in GBP (British pounds). Carriage is charged at current Post Office second class postal rates. Due to the fact that we handcraft our raw chocolate in small batches, please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive.
If you opt to pay online by credit or debit card you will be passed to Paypal. PayPal is a safe, fast, secure way to pay online – your financial details are never shared.
We normally expect to acknowledge and deal with a complaint within 5 working days. During busy periods we may take longer. All complaints are handled fairly, confidentially and effectively. Any complaint should be submitted by letter or email, either contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org
