Two new flavour lattes launch at Natural and Organic Products Expo
Beetroot Latte and Chicory Latte
We're super excited to announce that after months of development and taste testing, we launched two brand new flavour Lattes at the Natural and Organic Products Expo last Sunday.
A fabulously vibrant latte, enhanced with a little ginger.
Beetroot can be traced back to the Ancient Greeks, who cultivated beetroot and used the root as an offering to the Sun God Apollo in the temple of Delphi - they considered it to be worth its weight in silver. Today the juice is often used as a natural food colouring due to its vibrant colour, and is an important part of Eastern European and Nordic cooking. Over the last few years to has gained popularity with professional athletes who consume beetroot juice before competing.
Ingredients: Organic coconut milk powder, organic beetroot juice powder, organic raw crystallised coconut nectar, organic ground ginger
This latte is free from dairy, gluten and caffeine. It's also certified crganic and registered vegan
The perfect (and healthier!) alternative to a cappuccino.
Chicory root has been used in Chinese remedies for centuries. It has even been traced back to both the Ancient Romans and Egyptians who recognised its beneficial properties. The root contains inulin, a soluble fibre and it is popular today as a caffeine-free replacement for coffee - New Orleans serves a famous Chicory Coffee.
We’ve also added some Lion’s Mane Mushroom powder for its superfood qualities. It has been used for hundreds of years in China, and science is now beginning to show its amazing properties - it’s a very ‘smart’ mushroom!
