PlantBased: the food revolution

We had two of our recipes featured in the first ever ‘PlantBased: the food revolution’ Magazine this month, so if you missed out, we thought we would share one of them with you. It’s too good not to try!

TURMERIC PANCAKES (makes approx. 10 pancakes)


220g (1 cup) spelt flour

2 tbls coconut sugar

Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

1 tsp baking powder

250ml (1 cup) Sweet Revolution Turmeric Latte, cooled

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tblsp coconut oil, for cooking


1. Combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl

2. Add latte mix and vanilla and whisk until well combined

3. Heat frying pan with a small amount of the coconut oil

4. Add 2-4 tbls of mixture per pancake to the pan and cook on each

side for a couple of minutes, adding a little more oil for each pancake

5. Serve with fresh berries, maple syrup and coconut cream
