Raw Chocolate Milkshake
Just delicious on a warm sunny day!
- ¼ cup hemp seeds (or use soaked almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds etc.)
- 2 heaping tbls raw cacao powder
- 1 avocado
- 1 large frozen banana (or 2 small)
- 2 tbls coconut nectar, agave, or maple syrup
- 1 pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- ¾ – 1 cup water
- A few ice cubes
- Put all ingredients into a high speed blender for a couple of minutes. Add a little extra water if desired - although we love it thick and creamy!
